Hobbes is enjoying the cozy life in his new foster home. 

He was extremely skinny and emaciated when first rescued, but is on the road to recovery.  His foster mom says he is improving every day.

Like the other seized beagles, Hobbes has heartworms and will have to be treated in a few weeks when he is healthy enough.
