ROADIE
Roadie was found lying beside
the road after being hit by a car in North Houston. His rear
legs and hip were severely injured. Houston Beagle Rescue
was asked to help and Roadie was taken to an HBHR vet and
put into the Houston Beagle foster program.
Extensive surgery had to be
done to repair his right rear knee, and broken left rear
leg. A second surgery was required to do additional work on
Roadies’ left rear leg. Roadie is now recovering in his
foster home, but faces a long rehabilitation. Through all of
this, Roadie never whimpered or cried, instead he licked his
caregivers’ hands and faces.
In time, Roadie should
recover and have an excellent quality of life. His surgery
was very expensive and the volunteers at Houston Beagle are
asking for donations to help pay for Roadies’ surgery. The
cost of this type of surgery is $ 1,500.00 to $ 2,000.00, so
if you could help us pay for his surgery, it would be
greatly appreciated.
With love and time, Roadie
will be fine, but there are other beagles out there that
need the same kind of help. So, would you please help a
beagle in need and contribute to Roadies’ surgery fund.
Roadie and the other beagles are PAWS UP to thank you for
your donation.
PLEASE DONATE TO ROADIE;
