Romo is the "puppy" that was seized.  And just look at that face!!

The sweet boy was so very thin when first rescued, but like the other beagles seized by the SPCA, he is on the road to recovery.

He is currently doing very well in his foster home, and is reportedly spoiled rotten!  His foster dad ordered him a Dallas Cowboys dog jersey!

UPDATE (December 6th):  Romo's foster family have decided to make it permanent!!  They have fallen madly in love with him and have decided they cannot let him go, so they are officially adopting him.  YAY FOR ROMO!!!!
