    • It is time again to link your Kroger Plus card to the charity of your choice. Please click the link below to print out a form for HBHR. Simply take it to Kroger next time you shop and have them scan it upon checkout when they scan your Kroger Plus card. Kroger requires that you renew your charity once a year.
