Ronald (formerly Ross)
Ronald’s forever family wrote: “We decided to rename him Ronald, and he’s starting to learn it pretty well. He’s really lazy in the mornings, which is a nice change. Even when the other beagle gets up, Ronald prefers to stay in the bed and sleep in.

One major change has been his playfulness. He is very playful – in fact he instigates most of the play that goes on. He really likes for Morgan to chase him around the backyard, since he can run a lot faster than she can. Ronald also likes to howl, especially when I come home from work and he can see me through the front window.

His coat is getting a lot better since we put him on Nutricoat supplement. He’s not eating quite as much as he was before (at most 1 1/2 cups a day) but he’s starting to fill out anyway.

He really has become a part of the family now, and we’re more than pleased with the whole experience. Thank you for taking such good care of him! I can’t believe that somebody just let him go, because he’s really a wonderful dog!”

As you can tell, Ronald has made himself quite at home. He’s been a model citizen, except for last night when he attacked the vacuum cleaner – while I was using it. As I was cleaning the living room he ran up and chomped down on the rubber bumper. It was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen!
