Bosco (formerly T-Bone)
I adopted Bosco in October of 2014, my third beagle from Houston Beagle Rescue. When my beagle Tucker and I came to the meet and greet and met Bosco, he was very shy. He stood in one place and barely moved. But he was the only beagle that Tucker actually went up and sniffed, so I took that as his approval.

When Bosco first came home with us, he would cower when you reached for him to put his harness on or even to pet him. You could tell by his scars that his early life wasn’t an easy one. But over the past few months, his true personality has really started to come out. He likes to curl up next to me. He loves going for walks. He is an excellent squirrel hunter. And every time I see him and Tucker wrestling and chasing each other I know Tucker and I made the right choice. He really is the happiest boy now and I can’t imagine a more perfect dog.

I would like to thank Houston Beagle Rescue, Courtney and everyone who fostered him for rescuing him out of Louisiana and giving us the chance to give him the carefree life he deserves.
